There are also irregularities in the way of managing and obtaining a portion of the raw materials stock, materials, spare parts, small inventory, packing, and car tires. In view of the 71% of the stocks, either 342,345 thousand denars or 5,548,000 euros, are older than 2019, it was concluded that at the end of the accounting period, there has been no arrangement of their value.
In the area of management of oil derivatives, auditing also determined inadequate, unprofessional and uncertain treatment during the accession and release of oil, which could jeopardise the safety and health of citizens and the environment. Measure equipment is outdated, improvised and easy to manipulate, so it doesn’t show the real state of oil derivatives at any time. In addition, fuel supply is carried out by pumps, whose measurements have not been verified for a long period of time.
Instead of a timely repayment of unpaid obligations, the company created a practice of presenting objections to ordinance decisions, resulting in the extension of judicial procedures and a significant increase of obligations based on key debt, interest and judicial spending. /Telegraphy/
