SPB Strumica raised criminal speculation against a legal person from the village of Borisova, the Novo Sella municipality and against the V.K. From the village of Novo Sele, with a residence in Strumica, the director of the legal person denounced for committing criminal acts according to Article 95-c paragraph 1, or Article 95-c paragraph 2 of the Law for Narcotic Drugs Control and Substances Psycotrope possibly.
During an examination of the judicial person’s environments, where the dried flower of medical cannabis was preserved, police officers from SPB Strumica and competent commission officials in the Ministry of Health determined that there was no documentation regarding the engaged personnel, missing additional mandatory documentation, and there were 7813.49kg of dried flowers of medical cannabis, for which amount of legal person denounced had no documentation and adequate coverage. /Telegraphy/
