The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has detained a suspected person for 48 hours in the case of ‘%25, which relates to criminal acts of organised crime and the counterfeiting of documents.
According to the joint communiqué of the Kosovo Police and Special Prosecutor, the suspect with the initial B.K. It’s suspected of criminal acts taking or organizing an organized criminal group and forging the document.
The case relates to a police operation carried out on January 21st, 2025, when a person suspected of involvement in criminal acts was arrested for falsification of documents and organised crime.
Kosovo police and the Special Prosecutor’s Office are announcing that they are taking all necessary investigative actions in connection with the case of BAR25.
Within the legal deadline, the Special Prosecutor will submit the Constitutional Court in Pristina calls for the appointment of the detention measure against the suspects.
