A high act of honesty and civic responsibility has been recorded today in the city of Ferizaj, where a local resident has witnessed exemplary integrity after finding a considerable amount of money.
The event took place today at around 2: 00 p.m. on 161] Road, where Citizen A. Gashi has faced a total of 264.40 euros. Without even wavering, he has taken the money and is headed straight to the Ferizaj Police Station to hand it over.
His move immediately set police officials in motion. Following necessary administrative verification and identification procedures, police have managed to contact the owner of the money, the citizen with the N.A. initials.
After completing regular procedures, the money has been returned to the owner with regular processions near the rule body.
The Regional Police Directorate in Ferizaj has praised and publicly thanked Citizen A. Gashi for this model gesture, underlining that such actions reflect high levels of civic culture and help strengthen confidence between the community and the Kosovo Police.
