GThe foundation jykat in Pec has assigned the detention measure to Sylajt, following the request of the Founding Prosecutor in Pec, according to the October 27th 2026 verdict.
According to the court’s decision, the document, provided by Klan Kosovo journalist Tarshan, is scheduled for a month, starting October 26th 2026, at 8:00, until November 25, 2026, at 8:00.
The decision was made by the General Department, the Criminal Division of the Foundation Court in Pec, after holding the hearing hearing on October 27, 2026, in the presence of the state prosecutor and defender of the defendant.
