The Kosovo government has adopted three decisions related to the expropriation of private property for the realisation of road projects in the municipalities of Prizren, Kline and Lipjan.
The decisions were made at the Government meeting held on October 28, 2026, and include construction of Corishesh Street, the Transit Road in Kline, and the BanuBresalz segment of the Pristina Highway;
In Prizren, the government has approved the final expropriation of property affected by the construction of Corisha Kabash Street, with links to the regional R-118 road.
This decision includes real estate, residential objects, escorts and economic objects, agricultural cultures and owner investments in cadastral areas of Lubizhdez, Skorobisht, Korish and Kabash.
Meanwhile, for the transit road project in Kline, the government has approved the preliminary expropriation of property affected by road construction from N9 to R-1041, in the direction of Guracoci. The project includes cadastral areas Klinafc, Dolc and Dresnik.
The third decision has to do with continuing to review the demand for expropriation of property under the Pristina Highway Project Dzelanæ White, in BanuBresalz segment.
This requirement includes property in the Smalls and Slovenian cadastral areas in the Lipjan municipality.
Exploration of private property in Kosovo could be made for public interest, in line with legislation in force.
The procedure includes various stages, from considering demand and the preliminary decision to the final decision. /Telegraph/
