He didn’t pay the 200-euro fine, ends up in prison stopped at Pristina Airport.

A 200-euro fine, remaining unpaid, has cost a citizen of Pristina ten days in prison, who has been detained at the International Airport HINA Jasharı, as during the verification there has been an active judicial ordinance against him.

Signal Gazette sources suggest that 43-year-old Luan Gergur was detained on October 28th, about 23:20, at the airport, where authorities have found he was wanted for the suffering of a prison sentence.

According to information provided by the signal, the Constitutional Court in Pristina had sentenced him to 200 euros in fines for the criminal act.

However, because the fine was not paid, the sentence had been replaced by 10 days in prison, while for his execution an active ordinance had been issued.

After the ban and verification, Gergur was sent to the correct institution in Smreconica for the suffering of the sentence.

Thus, a fine of 200 euros, pronounced for theft of services, has ended with a ten-day lack of freedom.
