Culture and Tourism Minister Saranda Bogujevci has announced that the restoration of Valanica and Mullir in the village of Belobrad of Dragas has been completed.
According to Boguyevci, this cultural heritage asset dates back to the XIX century and has served for grinding wheat and corn, as well as processing and wool for traditional clothing.
She has stressed that the particularity of this object lies in the fact that two traditional activities were held under the same roof, making it an important testimony to the former life and skill in Opoja.
Boguyevci has estimated that restoration of this object represents a concrete step towards preserving Kosovo’s cultural heritage. /Telegraphy/
