A verbal dispute between three people in the village of Oshlan in Vushtrri has ended with physical clashes and police intervention. Among those involved is a member of the Kosovo Security Force, which at the moment of the incident was out of office, the Signal newspaper reports.
Signal sources suggest that Brahimi, about 46-year-old Silver Brahimi, about 24-year-old and A.B., member of the KSF, are involved.
The event took place on Friday, October 23, 2026, around 19:20, on the street of Arsim Brahimiı, in the village of Oshan.
According to information provided by the signal, police have reported a beating among several people, with cases a patrol unit being taken to the scene immediately.
The location has encountered people involved in the incident who have been escorted to the police station for interviews.
From the initial information, it turns out that everything had started with a verbal dispute among three people, who had then slipped into physical clashes.
As a result of the incident, one person involved has received bodily injuries and has sought medical help.
The F.B. witness, about 51-year-olds, is also listed under the treatment of the case.
After interviewing the parties and consulting the prosecution, the case has been divided into two criminal acts.
To KSF member A.B., and Silver Brahimim has initiated the case for the legal offense, while Brahimi is initiated on the case for the criminal work of non-compliance.
All three suspects have been released in regular procedure.
The circumstances leading up to the clash remain part of the investigation.
