In a post on the social network X, police have published a photograph and a video showing the moment when an effector’s leg is on fire after a Molotov cocktail was thrown into Paris.
According to French authorities, the effect has suffered severe burns as a result of the attack.
The images, widely distributed on social networks, have caused strong reactions even among French politicians.
Jordan Bardella, president of the far-right National Rally party (National Rachel), named the engine a firearm designed to kill, demanding that the authors be sentenced to long years in prison.
