Ferizaj police have identified a 19-year-old who was recorded driving a car at 170km an hour in an inhabited area where speed limit was 40 km/h.
According to police, the young man was filmed running a BMW-type car, with local license plates, on the Street of the Gervalla Brothers in Ferizaj. High – speed driving images were also published on social networks.
During the investigation, police have identified the director with the R.T. initials, who has admitted to being driving at the time of recording.
Also, it was found that 19-year-olds did not own a driver’s license.
Legal actions have been taken against him, and countervasive procedure has been initiated in court.
Ferizaj’s Regional Police have appealed to citizens to respect speed restrictions and not to drive vehicles without a driver’s license, as such actions endanger the lives and safety of traffic participants.
