Kosovo Judiciary Council ( The KDR has reacted after the alleged attack on the Court of the Founding Court judge at the Year’s Gjilan branch, Sejdiu residence, which was allegedly physically attacked during a court hearing on the ground in the village of Sadovine.
By means of a public reaction, the KDR has strongly condemned the incident, calling any attack on judges unacceptable and unacceptable. According to this institution, such actions constitute not only attacks on a judge but also on the justice system and the rule of law itself.

After the police intervened, the suspect has been arrested and, by the prosecution’s decision, has been detained for 48 hours, under suspicion of the criminal act — “Sulmi against the official person.”
The case is being investigated by regional units in Gjilan, while the suspect’s eventual criminal responsibility will be determined by justice bodies during the procedure.
