Drenas Mayor Ramiz Ladrovci has said the Democratic Party of Kosovo ( The PDK, there are capable figures that can move the party forward, but according to him, a decision-making and independent leader must be elected at the top.
Directly in the telephone link to Debat Plus, Ldrovci said the PDK should give space to personalities that can make decisions on their own, without constantly consulting other party figures.
If we want to move forward, we have to find a figure that’s decision-making, not a figure that its own pre-politics what to do, Ludrovci said.
He stressed that there are men and women in the PDK capable of leading the party, but said he does not want to mention all the names, as it could harm their chances.
Asked about possible names that could take over the PDK leadership, Ladrovci cited Gruda, Uran Ismaili Bridge, Aryan Tahiri and Vlora Citak.
He estimated that these figures have the potential to move the party forward.
There’s too many. I can’t talk, because I can burn my names, said Ladrovci.
He added that the issue is not only whether potential candidates are capable, but whether others within the party will listen and give them the space needed to lead.
