Arlinda Zekiaj, killed on Sunday in Vitomirica, Peja, had addressed the Prosecution three days earlier. It called for urgent measures against officials, citing failures in handling its case.

In it, Zekij wrote that officials had borne responsibility for each other, allowing for continuing the risk of her life.
I urgently ask for measures against all officials who have seriously failed in fulfilling their duties, bearing responsibilities to each other, and thus allowing the consequences and risks for my life to continue, she wrote.
Zekij also called for the immediate execution of the judicial order and the opening of investigations into officials involved. In this request, it specifically mentioned the Centre for Social Work.
This is my last hope. I hope the day will not come when you and the responsible institutions will be forced to answer the account only after my life is taken away, Zekij wrote.
The Founding Prosecutor in Pec has confirmed the admission of the parachute. According to her, the chief prosecutor had ordered registration for treatment by the competent prosecutor. The claims would be assessed for possible criminal responsibility for the work KEQU of official position or authority.
The prosecution has announced that the parachute was forwarded to the police and the Foundation Court in Pec for emergency treatment. She had also been sent to the Social Management Directorate and the Social Work Center.
Zekij was found without signs of life Sunday, about 21:10. According to the police, the suspect in the murder is her brother – in – law on the run.
