Lushak Sadriu: LDK MPs target party leader, ambitions even from abroad

The head of the LDK Parliamentary Group, Jehona Lushak Sadriu, has declared that some MPs have expressed their intention to race for party chairman, while ambitions for running the subject are also outside.

In the confronting Podcast in Telegrafi, she has talked about internal discussions, Lumir Abdixhik leadership and Rama Progress Report with LDK.

He always wants people outside the party to be LDK chairman, but he also has inner ambitions. We today have several deputies who have already promised to enter the race for LDK chairman, she has stated, writes Telegrafi.

Lushaku Sadriu has named these ambitions as assets for the party, stressing that differences in access and internal debates are part of its democracy.

I think the LDK has a democracy that makes it more open. You see, journalists know our internal discussions. We develop them transparently, sometimes even publicly, it is expressed.

According to her, concern for the LDK’s leadership also relates to the historic role of this subject.

This is a kind of wealth, it’s a desire of people to be leaders of a subject that, after all, had crucial historical roles for our country and remains attractive today, it stressed.

Asked for Progress Rama, Lushaku Sadriu has recalled that he has been elected head of Pristina as the LDK candidate and has led its list in local elections.

Party rules are party rules, she has indicated.

Lushaku Sadriu has added that Rama could be joined if he wants to become part of political organisation and believes in subject values.

If these are issues that Mr. Progress Rama wants, normally it can come to membership. The party needs new people, also needs ambitious people, it has declared.

For the current leadership, Lushaku Sadriu has said that, after demands for change, the party’s Parliament was organised, where Abdixhiku had received support to continue the mandate.

Chief Abdjik was relegated and won the majority support to continue his mandate, she stated, writes Tellergafi.

Referring to Obadiah’s stance, she has said the regular electoral cycle will be respected, but this does not stop discussions and expressions of ambitions for leading the party.

This does not mean that the debates are dead, Lucak Sadriu is expressed.

She has also acknowledged that within the LDK there was no unique position for co-operation with Vetevendosje and for supporting the candidate for president.

According to her, six parliamentary group deputies did not support Bekim Sejdiu’s candidacy, despite preliminary reconciliation for supporting a consensual candidate.

We agreed as a group to support a consensus candidate, but then six parliamentary group deputies took a stand not to give their support to Sejdiu, she has declared.

In the end, Lushaku Sadriu has stressed that responsibility for the party’s outcome is shared and that the goal remains for the LDK to become the first political force.

That result, in fact, is the result that we’ve all produced together, it’s expressed. /Telegraphy/
