Former Alliance leader Ramush Haradinaj has declared that his party will not become part, as he called political games through meetings with Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
In a video published on Facebook, Haradinaj said the Alliance has raised issues related to the energy sector, single-source tenders and alleged interventions in the prosecutor, judiciary and independent institutions.
He made it known that the AAK has requested interference for the situation in the energy sector and what it described as abuse of energy trade.
The Alliance has asked for interference in the energy situation, for energy trading abuses. We have raised a voice for single-source tenders, for interventions in the prosecution, the judiciary and all independent institutions of the country, Haradinaj said.
Commenting on the attacks on his party, he said they are not linked to his name, but to the Alliance’s stance on power.
The solutions to us are not about my name and my surname, but about the fact that the Alliance does not submit to the regime, he said.
Haradinaj added that the AAK has been careful not to misuse anyone’s tragedy and that, according to him, it has preserved the Albanian family’s values.
He also claimed that attacks and libels against his party are being used because of fear that citizens could be taken to the streets to counter injustice.
Never will we submit to Kurti’s regime, Haradinaj concluded.
