The banner with the decree “Ghum Sjumi s’ka to be read with and pictures of Justice Minister Donika Grovalla, as well as chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pec, Joy Vucetaj, have been placed at the protest that started in Pristina following the assassination of Arlinda Zekiaj.
In their photos, there was also an axe, the device allegedly killed by its former host, Albert Sylaj.
The inscription “The Dhujum Sʹka was also part of the letter Arlinda Zekij had addressed to institutions responsible before he was killed, seeking intervention and protection.
The protest has been called by the Council for Religious Thought and Action.
Protesters have gathered to seek institutional responsibility for possible failures in its defence, as well as concrete measures for preventing violence against women.
