Prime Minister Edi Rama has nominated Gen Gjakova to the task of media adviser.
Gjakova is originally from northern Macedonia, while a considerable part of her life has been spent in Kosovo, where she has been engaged in politics.
Eight years ago, she joined Albin Kurti’s Vetevendosje Movement, while in the 2019 parliamentary elections she ran for deputies under the auspices of this political force.
Its former political engagement in Kosovo, Dre Gjakova, has also revealed through social networking posts. /euronews/
