The Swiss Songs and Dances Ensemble by Winterthur will host a festive concert on November 28th, on the occasion of Albania’s Flag and Independence Day.
The event will be held Saturday, November 28, 2026, at the Hotel Zentrum Töss in Winterthur, starting at 7:00. Access to the public will be free, while during the evening there will be traditional Albanian foods.
The artistic programme will bring dances from Albanian trains, patriotic songs and national tradition’s patterns, accompanied by traditional clothing, writes Telegrafi.
The special evening guest will be Fatime Calimashi. The concert will also perform Baca Shaqu, with lute and Crescrenic songs, Arbnor and Red Rosary, with biscal, charming and patriotic songs, as well as Marisa Murtezi and Eliza Zeqiri, which will bring performances from Albanian melos.
For technical implementation and sound quality, Liridon Prorf will take care of it.
Through this event, the UN Ensembles aim to unite Albanian countrymen and art lovers at a festive evening, dedicated to the flag, tradition and national identity. /Telegrafi/
