AIbert Sylaj allegedly killed Arlinda Zekay, his brother’s wife, cruelly, with axes in different parts of his body, mainly in his head until she was dead at the scene.
These are the shocking details from the Prosecutor’s File, which Kosovo’s journalist, the Tarshan Stand, has provided for the journalist, described the critical night and the crime author’s actions.
The file says that after Arlinda had returned home from the Police Station in Pec, where she had reported violence from her husband, Jeton Sylaj, Albert Sylaj, in retaliation for stopping his brother from police, took an axe and entered the victim’s bedroom.
According to the description in the file, when he entered the room, Arlinda tried to hide behind the door, but the suspect began to hit him in different parts of the body, mainly in the head, as a result of which she died at the scene, broadcast I did. tv
The crime was allegedly committed in the presence of his children and the son of Arlinda.
The prosecution calls the case a serious murder, suspected of having been committed against a family member, by unscrupulous revenge, and cruelly.
In the request for the detention assignment, the prosecution also stresses the danger of repeating criminal acts, referring to Sylaj’s criminal past, of which there are reportedly four cases of formal form bias.
Also, according to the file, the suspect allegedly owned an A8-type gun without permission from competent organs, which had not yet been provided as evidence.
The Constitutional Court in Pec has assigned Albert Sylajt a month of custody, following approval of the prosecution’s request. /I did. tv
