In the first case, in Pristina, a person allegedly violated the defence order by approaching the victim’s residence address. The same has been arrested and, at the prosecutor’s decision, sent to the detention for 48 hours.
Meanwhile, the second case was reported in Fushe-Kosovo, where one allegedly subjected to physical violence against a woman, despite the defence order issued by the court. The victim has received medical treatment, while the suspect, after interviewing by law enforcement agencies, has been sent to the prosecutor’s decision.
