Ferizaj police have identified a 19-year-old who was recorded driving 170km per hour at a residential location where speed limit was 40 km/h.
According to police, the young man was driving a BMW-type car on the way to the Gervalla Brothers in Ferizaj. He also published the anti-crime video on social networks.
During the verification, police have found that the 19-year-old did not own a driver’s license. He admitted that it was the person at the wheel when the recording was done.
Legal action has been taken against him, and countervasive procedure has been initiated in court.
