The Central Labour Inspectorate, under continued field inspections for monitoring the implementation of labour and health legislation at work, has conducted inspections in two construction facilities in Istog and Ferizaj municipalities.
During inspections, irregularities have been found in implementing measures for safety and health at work that pose a risk to the lives and health of workers.
For this reason, the Central Labour Inspectorate has made decisions on the temporary ban on the construction facilities to eliminate all recorded shortcomings and create safe conditions for job development.
The Central Labour Inspector will continue inspections on the ground and the enterprise of legal measures against subjects who do not respect the requirements for safety and health at work. At the same time, it is called on all employers to observe the legislation in force carefully and to take all necessary measures to protect the workers ‘ life and health. Improving working conditions contributes to the prevention of workplace accidents!
