The Central Labour Inspectorate has banned works on two construction facilities — one in Pristina and another in the year — following the findings of irregularities and the lack of measures needed for workers’ safety.
According to the Inspectorate’s announcement, decisions to cut off the works were made after inspections carried out on the ground, where violations of the requirements for security and health at work were recorded.
Works on both objects will remain prohibited until irregularities are eliminated and the creation of safe working conditions.
The inspectors have called on employers to respect legislation in force and ensure the health and life of workers in their jobs. /Insander.org/
