Student List candidate for MP in Serbia’s Parliament, Jugoslav Gashic, has warned there will be no political co-operation with the Serbian List, as they see it through the policy of the Serbian Progressive Party ( The SNS, which claims to have acted catastrophicly in Kosovo.
In Gashi’s words, the Student List has the same attitude towards the Serbian List as towards the policy of Aleksandar Vucinqi’s Serbian Progressive Party.
The Serbian List was a performer of SNS works on the territory of Kosovo and Metohija, with absolutely catastrophic results. We don’t want any contact and no cooperation with them, he told Radio KIM.
According to his assessment, the election results represent a serious political shock for the Serbian List, whose representatives, as he considers, are now primarily concerned about their future.
For them this is a great surprise and an earthquake. I think they are concerned about how they will continue further, Gashic said, adding that representatives of the Serbian List are currently more concerned with the issue of their political and personal future than with the further functioning of the party.
The Serbian List was absolutely convinced it would win because it had been guided for years by dishonest acts and pressures on our people, blackmailing them to vote on the option they support. They lost their sense of reality and thought that this way they would certainly win, Gashi said.
