At an extraordinary meeting, the KKP reviewed chief state prosecutor Zejrullah Gashi’s request for the launch of the disciplinary procedure against the two prosecutors.
After reviewing the request, the Council decided to establish an investigative panel for handling the case and approved the proposal for the suspension of the two prosecutors, which requires development of the disciplinary procedure, the KP reportedly.
According to the announcement, decisions were made on the basis of findings presented in the referenced report A. No. 379/2026, included in the request of the State Chief Prosecutor’s Office.
Prosecutor Arlinda Nallban-Gacaferri was the case prosecutor and co-ordinator for cases of domestic violence.
On the same date, The KKP decided that Valbona Disha-Hajoya would be appointed a fraud in the task of head prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecution in Pec.
The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council announced that it remains committed to ensuring accountability and strengthening the integrity of the prosecutorial system, ensuring that procedures are conducted in line with legislation in force.
