Lusshak for the return of Special Law from the President: Requesting Official Attitude Information

The head of the Democratic League of Kosovo Parliamentary Group, Jehona Lushaku Sadriu, has said the LDK is awaiting official information concerning the possibility that President Justina Shiroka Pula will return the Law on Specialised Chambers to the Parliament,

She has stressed that the party will decide on its position only after it understands the possible reasons for the return and changes that may be required in the law.

Before, we have no official information that the law will be returned; we are waiting for official information to see why, what’s the reason, what needs to change, who’s returning it and what’s behind that. So when we know these things, we can get to know you too about the decision you make. The LDK was nursed, she said.

Lushaku Sadriu has said the LDK considers the process at the Court of Appeals as the main challenge in cases related to former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders, expressing support for Kosovo’s institutional engagement in defence of the liberation war.

Before, we have said that appeal is the main challenge and the main battle for cases in question. That is, we support our institutional and Kosovo commitment as institutions to fight, to protect the liberation war at official levels. Judiciarys, but otherwise the way by law we don’t even know what changes are; we can’t give a stand as long as we don’t know what the changes in the law are, she said.
