The working group for Appeals at The Hague, Citaku: Deliverers will not be left alone!

PVlora Citaku’s operation:

The NLA unites us!

Today we held the first meeting of the Workers Group for the drafting and harmonisation of the State Strategy in terms of appeals procedures before the Specialised Chambers in The Hague in defense of the rights of our rescuers.

With representatives of parliamentary parties participating, this meeting witnessed a common political, civic, state and national awareness of the importance of the issue.

In the spirit of the September 28th Parliament Declaration, we discussed the main directions of strategy, appointed groups responsible for drafting it, and defined the overall work plan. Our goal is for our deliverers to have the full support of the state of Kosovo in their battle in appeal.

In addition to drafting this strategy, commitment to the law aimed at strengthening the rights of KLA rescuers is continuing.

For Kosovo and for each of us, defending the truth of our liberation war, of the values and glorious heritage of the KLA is a responsibility that goes beyond party differences.

It is good to be together today on this mission: to challenge the unjust act of first degree and to ensure that our deliverers have all legal means and guarantees available in the battle for justice.

In no day and no moment will deliverers leave them alone! See less
