A month’s detention for Turkish attacking computer keyboard police inside Pristina police station

A month of detention has been assigned to Aksoyt, 52-year-old from Turkey, who allegedly caused an incident within the South Police Station in Pristina, where it damaged an office inventory and attacked a police official with computer keyboards.

The decision was made by the Constitutional Court in Pristina after holding the hearing, where the Constitutional Prosecutor’s request for the appointment of the move was approved.

Aksoy is suspected of two criminal acts: I’m sorry.

In reasoning with the verdict, the court has estimated that there is a danger that the suspect, if released, would prevent the normal development of the criminal procedure, avoid prosecution by running away, and repeat the acts allegedly.

The court estimated that assigning the detention measure to this criminal case is an adequate measure, as there is a real danger that if the defendant is released, the same could prevent normal criminal procedure development, to avoid prosecution by escaping, since the same is Turkey’s citizen. The court has estimated that if the defendant is released in freedom there is the danger of the same repeat the same criminal acts, the Constitutional Court in Pristina reportedly announced.
