KKosovo Judiciary Council ( The KDEC has strongly condemned the attack on the judge of the Constitutional Court in Gjilan, the Year branch, Sejdiu residence, which took place in the afternoon of November 4th, 2026, in the village of Sadovine in the Year.
KDP stresses that the attacks of this kind on judges are unacceptable and incompatible, and strongly condemns them.
Every such act constitutes an attack on the justice system and on the rule of law itself, the KDP said.
The Council said it strongly supports judges in meeting their duties independently, impartially and professionally, in the service of justice and public interest.
At the same time, the KDP has called on competent bodies to take all necessary actions for the immediate investigation of the case and to ensure the protection and security of judges, in line with constitutional and legal obligations. /I did. tv
