Ilija Andovski, Vesna Stojcevska and Marija Todorovska have been appointed temporary administrators of the Alta Bank of the US History, with the decision published in the Official Journal. They receive the competencies of the Steering Board, the Supervisive Board and the Actionary Assembly, in addition to decision-making to increase capital.
Administrators will have full access to the bank’s documentation, property and spaces, while in case of obstacles they can seek the assistance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The People’s Bank has banned the Alta Bank of the Monastery from adopting new loans, extend existing loan deadlines, and allocate earlier approved loans. People’s Bank Governor Trajko Slaveski, in an interview for TV Telma, assured citizens that their savings are protected.
Alta Bank clients also continue to face restrictions on using their money. The People’s Bank has set limits of 10,000 denars per week for withdrawal, while about 3,500 undocumented pensioners will be able to draw as many as 20,000 denarii through the sports.
Questions about delayed payments and the return of full access to the account remain unanswered. Deposits are secured up to 30,000 euros.
