The deputy chairman of the KLA War Veterans’ Organisation, Gazmend Syla, has indicated that representatives of veterans, war invalids and families of martyrs who will convey public messages concerning the judicial process will participate in the event.
Syla has announced that organisations have also called on the Kosovo Communist Association to address municipalities on demand that, at the same time, mayors and municipal administrations appear before municipal facilities as a sign of solidarity.
He has stressed that the goal is that this issue remains not only a concern of war-free organisations but also an institutional and civic dimension.
According to Syla, the event will be peaceful and symbolic, through which organisations aim to express concern for the continuation of the detention of former KLA leaders, even after declaring the first degree of bias.
