Kosovo President Justina Shiroka Pula has hosted today’s Besiana Kadare meeting, with which she has discussed the literary and cultural heritage of the renowned Albanian writer Ismail Kadare.
The meeting is held under the opening of the Kosovo and Kadare exhibition at the National Library of Kosovo, Peter Bogdanião, organised on the occasion of the writer’s 90th birthday.
President Shiroka Pula has praised the importance of the exhibition for preserving the memory of Kadare’s work, recognition of its ties with Kosovo and the impact of its literature on Albanian culture and beyond.
