Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has received US Major General Stephen E. Osborn, the Adjutan General of the Aleva National Guard, which earlier in the day was decorated by Kosovo President Justina Shiroka Pula, at the Military Presidency Medal.
The meeting was attended by Lieutenant General Union Jashari, while discussions focused on co-operation between Kosovo and the Ayva National Guard, support for the Kosovo Security Force and security developments in the country and the region.
Through an announcement, Kurt expressed gratitude for the support of the United States of America and the National Guard in the transformation, modernisation and capacity-building process of KSF.
Today afternoon, along with Lieutenant General Union Jashari, I had the honor to wait at the office of Prime Minister Agenus General of the National Guard of Aiva, Major General Stephen E. Osborn, whom I thanked for the excellent co-operation and continued support in the process of transforming the KSF, modernising and building its capacities.
