Serious threats to the Chairman of the Year’s Community, Sokol Haliti, have been published on the social network TikTok, where one has warned of the use of the gun to it. Following repeated reporting and obtaining videos, police have arrested a 45-year-old from the village of Smira, which has been detained for 48 hours, the Signal newspaper exclusively reports.
According to information provided by the signal, the person arrested is Safet Hyseni (45), to whom an initial case for criminal activity was initiated after publishing a video in TikTok.
The case was denounced on November 6th by Jakup Haxhiu, head of the cabinet of the mayor of the municipality of the Year, who had announced the police’s threats to Halit.
In one of the videos, according to information provided, Hyseni was heard addressing the mayor with the words: In three days you must leave the country. )
After the first indictment, the suspect was interviewed by police, and by the prosecution’s decision he was released in regular procedure.
However, one day later, on November 7th, the Law Office of the Commission of the Year was again addressed to the police with a letter announcing that threats to the mayor were continuing through new posts in TikTok.
After securing additional videos, investigators have recorded an even more serious threat, where the suspect was heard saying: I’ll take you out at your workplace. )
These developments have led to immediate police intervention and the arrest of 45-year-old.
On the prosecution’s verbal order, police units have searched the suspect’s house and escort facilities, but nothing illegal has been found during the search.
Hyseni was escorted to the police station where he was interviewed in the presence of a defense attorney.
