Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Eman Canman has commented on the restoration of the Law for Specialised Chambers in the Parliament, saying proposals for its fulfillment are part of a legal and constitutional procedure.
The designer has stated that the proposals are intended to be met with other issues that could contribute to its improvement, stressing that such a practice has been followed even earlier.
I think there’s something wrong, proposals or requests that have come because there are others who think they can fill out and they can have other issues that could be me with products in this process. It’s a legal procedure, which is constitutional that the laws that someone thinks they can be fulfilled and that they’re better off with, and I think we’re going to have to have practice whenever it happens that someone inside the constitution, whether from other institutions, sees that they can contribute to inform the President and that she can do the recommendation on what needs to be fulfilled in law is a rule that happened even earlier but is now getting very loud and trying to lose the value of this law. This law does not lose value instead is trying to give even more value to what will help them (former UCK leaders in The Hague) and the value of the glorious UCK war that has happened in our country, Tundman said.
The hitman, among other things, has also rejected claims that this issue could be linked to political interests, accusing power of trying to divide opposition subjects.
Whoever thinks about taking advantage of this is doing wrong, whether by the power he’s trying to delegate and to pretend that it’s being done because of political engagements because I know that this power has only one purpose that is to divide every political subject in the opposition is how it’s reached a mass in many subjects, Cantarman was declared.
